Ingredients

6 bananas with peel sliced lengthwise three quarters through
6 4-inch slices maple marshmallows (see recipe for maple marshmallows)
6 tsp (30 mL) chocolate chips
1/2 cup (125 mL) salted caramel sauce (see recipe for White Point Salted Caramel Sauce)

Directions

Using individual sheets of aluminum foil, place bananas, cut side up and spread open to make a pocket. In each “pocket” place maple marshmallows and chocolate chips; drizzle with caramel sauce. Gather foil, making a tent at top. Place on a grate over an open fire to cook, about 3 to 4 minutes or until chocolate has melted. Carefully remove from heat, open and enjoy. Makes 6 servings.
