Blend cream cheese and butter. Add flour and salt and mix until dough just sticks together. Wrap in plastic wrap and chill for an hour.
Mix all ingredients together.
Roll out dough to thickness of a typical pie crust. Cut circles with a pastry cutter or juice glass.
Place a spoonful of cheese mixture in the centre of each circle; fold over and crimp edge with fork.
Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 20 minutes.
