
Pilot House Coffee
Ingredients
hot water
1 ounce (30 mL) Grand Marnier
1/2 ounce (15 mL) brandy
1/2 ounce (15 mL) Kaluha
fresh coffee
chocolate whipped cream
3 fresh coffee beans
Directions
Warm a mug by pouring hot water into it and shaking it dry. Add the spirits, fill with fresh coffee, top with a dollop of chocolate whipped cream (made by adding melted chocolate to the cream as you whip it) and arrange three coffee beans on the top.
