Ingredients

Fleshy tomatoes with few seeds, such as plum or Roma tomatoes.

Directions

Cut into quarters and place on baking sheets. Place in a 150°F (65°C) oven to dry for 18 to 24 hours. When done, tomatoes should be leathery in texture. Remove, cool and store in a glass jar. Rehydrate in warm water for 20 minutes before using.
