
Nutty Mango & Berry Delight
Ingredients
1 cup (250 mL) berries, frozen or fresh1/2 cup (125 mL) mango (or pineapple), frozen or fresh
2 tsp (10 mL) almond or peanut butter
1/3 cup (75 mL) low-fat vanilla Greek yogurt
1/2 cup (125 mL) low fat milk (cows, almond, soy, or rice)
1 tbsp (15 mL) ground flax seed
Directions
Put all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
Serves 1 as a meal or 2 as a snack.
