Ingredients

3 cups (750 mL) frozen green peas
1/4 teaspoon (1 mL) sugar
1 teaspoon (5 mL) dried mint
2 teaspoons (10 mL) butter
Salt to taste

Directions

Cook peas, with sugar and mint added, according to package directions. Drain, add butter and salt.

Makes 8 servings.
