
Lemon Herb Garlic Butter
Ingredients
1 pound (500 g) butter, room temperatureJuice of one lemon
6 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp (15 mL) fresh parsley finely chopped
2 tbsp (30 mL) fresh chives chopped
½ tsp (2 mL) black pepper
Directions
In a mixer bowl add butter, lemon juice and garlic then blend well for about 5 minutes.
Add parsley, chives, and pepper then mix for another 5 to 6 minutes until the butter becomes very light and fluffy. Place in a storage container and refrigerate until ready to use.
