
Hot Bluenose Punch
Ingredients
3 cups (750 mL) wild blueberry juice2 cups (500 mL) apple cider or apple juice
¼ cup (50 mL) maple syrup
2 tablespoons (30 mL) lemon juice
½ teaspoon (2 mL) ground allspice
4 whole cloves
2 cinnamon sticks
Garnish: lemon slices or cinnamon sticks
Directions
In a large saucepan, combine ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 5-10 minutes. Strain and serve hot.
