Ingredients

½ cup (125 mL) fresh or frozen strawberries
½ cup (125 mL) crushed ice
1 tablespoon (15 mL) granulated sugar
1 tablespoon (15 mL) lemon juice
Garnish: Strawberries, mint leaves

Directions

In a blender, purée strawberries. Add ice, sugar and lemon juice, blending until smooth. Pour into cocktail glass and garnish.
