
Cinna'Berry & Kale Smoothie
Ingredients
1/2 cup (125 mL) blueberries (frozen or fresh)1/2 ripe banana
1 cup (250 mL) kale, packed (or spinach)
1/2 cup (125 mL) low-fat milk (cows, soy, rice, or almond)
1/4 cup (50 mL) low-fat yogurt (plain or flavoured)
3 ice cubes
Dash of cinnamon
1/4 (50 mL) tsp vanilla extract
Directions
Put all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
Serves 1 as a meal or 2 as a snack.
