Ingredients

1/2 teaspoon (2 mL) whole cloves
1 cinnamon stick
1 cup (250 mL)cranberry juice
1 cup (250 mL) pineapple juice
1/2 cup (125 mL)     orange juice
1 tablespoon (15 mL) brown sugar
5 ounces (150 mL) amber rum
3 ounces (90 mL)     coconut rum

Directions

Put the spices in a spice bag. Heat non-alcoholic ingredients, juices and brown sugar. Steep all ingredients, except alcohol, slowly for one hour. Remove the bag; add the alcohol and serve. The non-alcoholic mix can be made the day before, then chilled and reheated.
