Cantaloupe Maple Lightning Cocktail

This is a variation on a recipe created by Danielle Mill of Myriad View Artisan Distillery in Rollo Bay, PEI.

Ingredients

1 oz (28 g) Strait Lightning
1½ oz (42 g) Strait Gin
2 oz (57 g) lime juice
2 oz (57 g) cantaloupe purée
2 oz (57 g) maple syrup
2 lime slices

Directions

In a cocktail shaker, combine liquid ingredients; shake vigorously with ice.

Strain into chilled cocktail glasses.

Garnish with lime. Makes 2 servings.
