With the barbecue season in full swing and the weather starting to warm, I find myself constantly looking for any excuse to get outside and grill. Burgers are my go-to for a quick dinner, or some laid back weekend entertaining. Just like with burger toppings, the list of barbecue side dishes are endless. But sometimes the best topping, as with sides, are the classic ones with a twist, so switch up that cheddar slice for some crumbled blue cheese, or that crispy bacon for prosciutto. And while you’re at it, trade in your classic potato salad for a Grilled Sweet Potato and Sausage salad. Naturally sweet and perfectly smoky it’s sure to impress!
