Ingredients

1 can (213 g) no-added-salt salmon, drained, with bones mashed in
½ cup (125 mL) low-fat plain yogurt or plain Greek yogurt
2 tbsp (30 mL) light plain cream cheese, softened
1½ tsp (7 mL) horseradish
1 tbsp (15 mL) minced fresh dill
½ tsp (2 mL) butter or margarine
2 green onions, chopped
pepper to taste

Directions

In a medium bowl, combine salmon, yogurt, cream cheese, horseradish and dill.

In a non-stick frying pan, heat butter over high heat. Sauté onion until browned, about 2 to 3 minutes. Mix onion into dip; add pepper.

Serve immediately, or refrigerate for several hours for maximum flavour.
