
Carr's Seafood Sauce
Ingredients
1/2 cup (125 mL) ketchup
1/4 to 1/3cup (50-75 mL) prepared
horseradish (adjust to taste)
1/2 fresh lemon, juice only
splash Worcestershire sauce
2 drops Tabasco sauce
Directions
In a medium bowl, mix ingredients; serve with fresh oysters on the half shell.
